The provincial nomination program is a series of immigration programs operated by the Government of Canada in collaboration with the individual provinces. Each province has its requirements and ‘streams’ within the program. The provincial nominee program helps Canadian citizens and foreign nationals come to Canada legally. However, if you are considering this program, several factors should be considered when choosing this program.
Saskatchewan immigrant nominee program:
The Saskatchewan immigrant nominee program(SINP) is one of the immigration programs administered by Immigration Canada. You can apply for permanent residence in Canada through this program if you have knowledge and skills relevant to Saskatchewan. Applicants should have sufficient English and French proficiency and be willing to live and work in Saskatchewan. If you meet these requirements, the application will be accepted, and you will be granted a nomination by the province.
Ontario Human Capital Priority Stream:
The Ontario Human Capital Priority Stream is the fastest way to become a permanent resident in Canada. The Ontario PNP program is open to individuals with 400 points or more in the Comprehensive ranking system (CRS). If you are a skilled worker without a job offer in Ontario, you can apply for the program by selecting the Human capital priority stream. All eligible applicants must also have the financial means to settle in Ontario. The province has received 4,851 Notification of interest (NOI) applications from individuals who meet the criteria for this program.
Applicants must have a valid Express Entry profile before applying to the Human capital priority stream. Once the profile is complete, Ontario will scan the list of Express Entry profiles and issue a Notification of interest to those candidates who meet the program’s criteria. Then, successful candidates will receive an invitation to apply, which is the first step to becoming a permanent resident of Canada.
Manitoba’s Occupation in Demand Stream:
The application process for Manitoba’s Occupation in Demand nominee program is one of the easiest in Canada. To apply, you must have a degree from a recognized university or college within three years or have completed an internship in an eligible industry in Manitoba. In addition, you must be employed in Manitoba and have proof of financial stability for the next six months.
The process for international graduates is now much easier thanks to the IES career employment pathway. Unlike in the past, you will no longer need to wait six months after graduation to be eligible. You must also have worked in Manitoba for at least one year or two full-time semesters.
